At Swoon Boutique New Orleans, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in original condition with tags still attached; please note that jewelry, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Email our boutique team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and include your original packing slip, then ship the package to our Magazine Street location using your preferred tracked shipping carrier.

Receive Store Credit

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a digital gift card for the purchase price to your email address within 3-5 business days.
